FAQ
I never practiced yoga before. What should I expect?
Many new clients, especially if they’ve never practiced Yoga before, may be nervous when arriving for their first Yoga experience. I will make sure your experience is a positive one. I will greet you with a smile and ask about any specific areas you are feeling tension, previous injuries and what you think you need most today. After a brief conversation with me, I will introduce you to Yoga sequence. While your teacher may guide you, remember that your body is the ultimate place where you need to pay attention to. If something does not feel good, acknowledge it and move to a different place. You don’t need the teacher’s permission to feel good. I always encourage my students to take a moment and focus on themselves. Take what feels good and leave the rest.
During yoga, do I need to wear special clothing?
It is not required to wear special yoga clothes. A general suggestion is to remove shoes.
Where does the yoga session take place?
In a place that is designated at work for wellness.
Do I need to tip?
No. Tips are not expected. Our greatest gift is to serve you and by coming back to Recharge Yoga we feel your love and appreciation.
What are your cancellation and reschedule policies?
24-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 24-hours notice is given, you will be charged the full price of the service. Same-day appointments cancelled more than 1 hour after being made will be charged in full. No shows are charged in full.
